DIRECTIONS |
| From
Providence, take Route 95 North to Route 495 North - take
Exit 14B (Rte 1S - Plainville/North Attleboro) - Tale a
left at the first Traffic Light (Taunton Street) - Follow
to next set of lights (Rte.106) - Take a right on Rte.106
and follow to George Street (approx. 0.5 Miles) - Left on
George to end (300 yards) - Right on Messenger St and start
up the hill - Messenger turns into Elmwood as you cross
into North Attleboro - Follow Elmwood St. up to the top of
the hill and watch on your left for the stone pillar
Entrance to World War I Memorial Park - Turn into
the park and follow the road (One Way & 10 MPH) around
until you see the Fire Tower - as you pass the Fire Tower
you'll see the entrance to the inner circle of the Picnic
Area on your left - Watch for the SMHARC Field Day signs
and follow them in - Please Drive Slowly in the Park! |
